Help Center Shipping Policy

At Widian, we want you to enjoy our products as soon as possible. We have refined our delivery process to be fast and reliable, partnering with FedEx for worldwide shipping. Please find our shipping details below, including order processing, delivery times, costs, and free-shipping thresholds, by country.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details and confirmation number. Our team will then carefully pick and pack your items. When your parcel is handed over to our shipping partner (FedEx), you will receive a second email with your FedEx tracking number to follow the shipment’s journey. (Please note: It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active on FedEx’s website, especially if an order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday.) If you have any questions about your order status, you can always contact us or enter your tracking number on the FedEx tracking page for updates.

Shipping Destinations

Widian currently ships to 63 countries worldwide. You can select your country from the country menu on our website. (If you don’t see your country listed, it means we unfortunately cannot ship there yet. We are continuously working to add more locations, so please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.) Due to customs restrictions, we cannot ship to Spain or Mexico at this time – we apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Status

Once you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order confirmation number, the details of your purchase and additional key information.

Our staff will pick and pack the items you ordered and hand the parcel to our partner, Fedex, which will ship it to your chosen address. At this point, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.

You may check the status of your order at any time by visiting the FedEx website and using your tracking number.

Please, note that your order status may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been placed and up to 72 during the weekend. During national and religious holidays, please allow for an additional delay.

Delivery Times

We offer International Priority Delivery for all orders shipped from the UAE, and Standard Ground Delivery for orders shipped from within the United States. Delivery times vary by destination. The estimates below indicate business days in transit after dispatch:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment (dispatch), not the order date. Delays can occasionally occur if a shipment is held by your country’s customs authorities. We will do our best to assist in such cases, but please understand customs processing is beyond our control. During peak periods or national holidays (both in the UAE and in the destination country), you may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Standard Shipping Charges

We strive to subsidize shipping as much as possible to keep it affordable. Shipping charges are flat fees by region, and we offer free shipping for orders that reach a certain threshold value as outlined below:

Key points about shipping fees:

If your order in total is equal or above the listed free delivery threshold for your country, will ship your order free of charge. If it is below that amount, the flat shipping fee shown will be added at checkout (These fees are heavily discounted; Widian covers the majority of the courier cost as a benefit to our customers.) All shipping charges and order values will be processed in the currency shown or it’s equivalent. For example, orders to European countries will show price in EUR, orders to UK in GWP, etc, but checkout ultimately will be billed in either AED or USD depending on the selected country’s settings on our site.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We want to make international delivery as smooth as possible. In most countries, any import duties or VAT are pre-paid by Widian, meaning you should not receive an unexpected bill upon delivery. However, in some cases (certain countries or high-value orders), additional customs fees or taxes may be assessed by your local authorities. These charges, if they apply, are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient to the courier or customs agency as required. Widian has no control over these governmental charges and cannot always predict them. If you’re unsure about your country’s import policies, you may wish to contact your local customs office for information. We will provide all necessary documentation with your shipment to facilitate customs clearance.

Additional Notes

By purchasing, you agree to comply with any import regulations in your country. We cannot be held responsible for packages delayed or rejected by customs due to regulatory issues, but we will assist you in resolving any problems to the best of our ability. Our Terms and Conditions and Return/Refund Policies apply to all orders (please refer to those sections for more details on returns, cancellations, etc.).

Widian.com ships to a selection of 63 countries worldwide. You can select your country in the 'Select Country' menu on the top right-hand side of the www.widian.com’s home page.
