If you are unhappy with your purchase, Widian will be pleased to accept items for return or exchange that fall under the company’s requirements. If you have any questions and need further assistance, feel free to contact us at support@widian.com.

Please read the following requirements for returns and exchanges. If you just need to know how to handle your return, please skip to the next section.

Our Return Policy

Widian will only accept requests for returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Any request that is made more than 14 calendar days past the delivery date will not be accepted.

Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner may be returned for a refund or exchange. *Please be aware that if returning an order in full, the gifts with purchase must be returned as well otherwise a deduction of $10 will be taken from the refund.

Products damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned for refund or exchange. Please inspect the product upon receipt and contact us immediately to file a report and provide feedback. Widian will then make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether the claimed defective item is eligible for return based on the information you provide us.

Only products purchased at widian.com are eligible for returns. Refunds will only be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase. For orders placed using a voucher, a new voucher will be mailed with the same expiration date as the original, assuming it has not expired.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item received is damaged or faulty.

Sale, special orders, engraved or any personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Products must be returned with the original box, packing materials and a copy of the shipping invoice. Please note that Widian is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Faulty Goods

Any item delivered to you which is broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact the online customer service by emailing us at support@widian.com and we will assist you in the process including a courtesy return label for you to ship the item back.
